Frequently asked questions
Treatment-specific questions are on each treatment page. These are the general ones.
What happens at the first appointment?
The first visit is an assessment, not a treatment session. We discuss your concern, your expectations, your medical history and any medication you take. Suitable options are explained with their timelines and risks. Treatment can follow the same day, but it does not have to — taking time to think is welcome.
Why are there no before-and-after photographs on this site?
Türkiye’s Regulation on Promotion and Information Activities in Health Services prohibits the use of before-and-after images that compare treatment effects in advertising. The same regulation prohibits sharing patient testimonials and satisfaction statements. That is why this site carries none of them.
Why are prices not shown on the site?
Advertising health services by price and announcing campaigns is restricted by regulation. Beyond that, the amount used, the number of sessions and the areas treated vary per person, so a single figure would be misleading. A plan and its cost are shared with you after the assessment.
What should I be aware of before a procedure?
Tell us about all medication and supplements you take, especially blood thinners. Let us know if there is any possibility you are pregnant. Plan the session at least two weeks before an important social event. Avoiding alcohol the day before reduces the chance of bruising.
What if I am not happy with the result?
A review appointment is scheduled after every procedure and we assess the result together. Hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved with an enzyme if needed. The effect of botulinum toxin is temporary and wears off. If an expectation goes beyond what a treatment can deliver, we discuss that before proceeding, not after.
How do I book an appointment?
WhatsApp or a phone call is quickest. You can also use the form on the contact page; you are not asked to share details of your medical condition through it — only what we need in order to get back to you.
